You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity under your account. Current plans include a free tier with 3 analyses per month and a Pro tier at $49 per month for unlimited analyses. Paid features and billing terms may be updated with notice.
You may not misuse the platform, including by scraping the service, attempting unauthorized access, interfering with operations, submitting illegal content, or using AdLoop to violate applicable law.
You retain ownership of content and inputs you submit. AdLoop and its licensors retain ownership of the platform, software, models, branding, and all related intellectual property rights.
AI-generated outputs are informational suggestions and do not constitute guarantees of marketing performance, business outcomes, or legal compliance.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if needed to protect the service, users, or legal obligations. You may stop using AdLoop at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdLoop is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data arising from your use of the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles.
